Best Tims of all time. The staff are the sweetest. Super friendly and accommodating. They’re so sweet and memorize your order if you visit often, and even make it early for you if they see you waiting in line so that you can have it right after you pay! They always do their best to manage my crazy drink orders and make it work. Can’t get enough of the amazing service.
Basic Sleep
Excellent service! Last minute order for a group participating in the World Vision Global 6K walk to build 4 fresh water wells in the Congo. Due to the cold temperatures of the morning, thought it would be good to have available hot coffee and tea and so stopped in to Tim's to place the order. The server was courteous, efficient and engaging as she prepared the order. A consumate sales person, she made a convincing argument to purchase the 50 Tim bits pack! Absolutely a great customer experience! Will definitely return.

Finished my dinner and was on my way out of the Eglinton Square Food Court when the thought of a dessert crossed my mind!A 10 pack of Timbits (Multi-Pack) for $2.30 tax in; my favourite choice is Sour Cream!Service was quick and courteous. I drained my Tim Card mobile wallet and paid the outstanding balance with cash.There’s no store seating here because there’s plenty of seating in the Food Court.Now I get to savour my dessert while exiting the mall.

There is always a line here. Food is good, typical Tim Horton's food. Cashiers are polite. Might consider getting your food elsewhere, since the wait in line can be very long.

Been here a few times & each time it’s a breeze. Fast friendly service even when it’s slammed!!! The servers really hustle & get your order ready fast. Lines are a bit long at peak times & there can be bottle necks at order pick up so stay sharp when they call your order. Ive seen a few people get “scooped†by unscrupulous duffs who grab their order & yours. Restaurant is clean & up to date.

Morning service is great. We go there every morning. I have my own take on the farmers wrap. You dont have to worry about swapping out a meat. If you preffer ham to sausage. They have a pretty crack crew overall, couple fast employees a very efficient supervisor too. Ahlysa I think her name is.
